Q. What is the story behind your logo?
A. Our logo design is very intentional. First, the colors. Blue represents the deeper waters of worship, the places we are not only invited, but designed to go and explore out of our personal intimacy with Jesus. Brown represents things that are unshakable and sure, like the earth. Brown represents the necessity of godly values and character, foundations that are shored up through the pursuit of personal wholeness and healing of things that have kept us from realizing the destiny for which we were created. The white represents truth and purity - God's truth replacing the lies of the enemy, and purity of heart before the One whose love we cannot earn, nor can we lose.
The word "simply" is all lower case because of that - the simplicity of just being who you are before Him. WORSHIP is capitalized because of the enormous power our worship carries as we release our sound toward heaven, not only with our voices, but through our lives.
The dash is highlighted in the middle. We all have a dash. It is who we are and how we live our lives between the day we are born and the day we die. This is who God is interested in. "It’s who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That’s the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship." John 4:23-24, The Message
